We want to help you get rid of laptops
Hello Friends,
Children’s ARK is about to enter an exciting paper-free world. We will soon be using ETO (awesome electronic records system) that will securely store our vast kiddo records. This will save time, paper and money.
Our challenge is that we do not have enough laptops for our staff to use the reporting/record-keeping system effectively.
Here’s where you, your office, your business, church or knitting club come in:
You know you have an old laptop laying around. It works, but it’s just not as cool as your new one with all its fancy features. You’ve been meaning to do something with it. WE’LL TAKE IT!
Our dream is to have a host of small Netbooks with wireless capability. We will take ANY laptops that power up as all we’ll really be doing is typing information and sending it to the secure system. Best of all, I’ll pick it up from you (within reason for those of you residing on the East Coast – for those we’ll provide shipping) and give you a donation receipt if you desire.
